misto
Every TV in the House, in Sync.
One calm home for everything your family watches: multiview, live TV with a real guide, and each profile's library and progress on every TV, kept private.
Invite-only · Free and open source under GPL-3.0 · Misto does not host or provide any media.
Android TV, Google TV and Fire TVManaged From Any Browser
Built for the Living Room.
Misto is an Android TV app and a small private website for your household. The app plays; the website keeps everything in order.
Up to Four Screens at Once.
Multiview puts two, three or four streams on one TV. Pick the one you hear, swap them around, and add another without leaving the game you are watching.
Live TV With a Real Guide.
Bring your own playlists and program guides. Browse channels in a TV guide, keep favorites per profile, and jump straight to what is on now.
The Same Everything on Every TV.
Each profile's library, watch history, Continue Watching and service sign-ins follow it from the living room to the bedroom. Sign in to a service once and every TV has it.
Backups and Restore, From Here.
Every TV backs up its profiles each day. Download a backup, upload an old one, or send a restore to a TV from your phone. The TV asks before applying it.
Your Household, Nobody Else's.
Misto is private by design. There is nothing public to find, and nothing on the website gives away a key.
Invite-Only
There is no public sign-up. Every account starts with a one-time invite from the household owner.
Sign In With Nuvio
Use the Nuvio account your TVs already have: your Nuvio password only ever goes to nuvio.tv. A separate Misto password with two-step verification is optional.
Encrypted at Rest
Synced records, backups and sign-ins are encrypted on the server. Keys and tokens are never shown on the website.
Made in the Open.
Misto is free software under the GPL-3.0 license, maintained by mlp2069. It is based on Nuvio TV by Tapframe and the Nuvio contributors, and keeps their work and credits.

New TVs Come From Your Household Owner.
Misto is private to each household, so there is no public download. TVs that already have Misto update themselves from the Misto update channel. To add a TV, ask your household owner to set it up, then link it from this website.
